Supportive measures and accommodations are also available to all parties.

Rensselaer recognizes that deciding how to respond to discrimination, harassment, and/or sexual misconduct can be difficult, and is committed to treating all members of the community with dignity, care, and respect. Any individual who experiences or is affected by sexual misconduct has access to supportive resources through the Institute and in the local community.

Resources for Pregnancy and Pregnancy-Related Conditions

Students and Employees who are pregnant or experiencing pregnancy-related conditions (which include but are not limited to lactation, miscarriage, and termination of pregnancy as well as treatment and recovery for those conditions) can contact a Title IX Coordinator to learn more about the supportive resources and accommodations they are entitled to and get assistance accessing those rights, resources, and accommodations.
