In compliance with Article 129-B of the New York State Education Law, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute conducted a Campus Climate Survey on student sexual misconduct during the 2021 academic year.
The purpose of the survey was to evaluate students' knowledge and awareness of: sexual assault prevention; bystander intervention strategies; Rensselaer policies and procedures for reporting and addressing sexual assault, intimate partner violence and stalking; and the supportive resources available to Rensselaer students who experience sexual misconduct.
